This is the home page for the project TeXIT (Texas X-Lingual Interpretation of Texts). The broad goal of the project is to work on models and methods for multilingual text analysis. Our main emphasis is on models and applications for connecting language to places and times, with the ultimate goal of developing computational models of text meaning that are grounded in the real world. See the publications page to learn more about the project's work.

Our work is primarily supported by generous grants from the New York Community Trust.
